Adam E. Klehm Obituary (1979 - 2007)

PONTIAC -- Adam E. Klehm, 28, Pontiac, died at 6:50 p.m. Monday (Nov. 26, 2007) from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in rural Pontiac. His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Pontiac Bible Church, with Pastor Brian Bill officiating. There will be a one-hour visitation prior to the service at the church. Visitation also will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Duffy Funeral Home, Pontiac. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Pontiac. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for his children's education. He was born Nov. 19, 1979, in Pontiac, to Greg and Nancy L. Rapp Klehm. Surviving are his father and stepmother, Greg and Kathy Klehm, Pontiac; two daughters, Grace and Nancy Klehm, Pontiac; three sisters, Amy Schott, Christy Chlebana and Angie Bowles, all of Fairbury; stepsister, Kaitlynn Miller, Pontiac; stepbrothers, Mitch Miller, Pontiac; Brett Bauman, Bloomington; and Brian Bauman, Carmel, Ind.; paternal grandparents, Paul (Harriet) Klehm, Pontiac; maternal grandmother, Ethel Rapp, Pontiac; nieces, Katie Alltop, Taylor Chlebana, Brooke Chlebana and Dakota Alltop; and nephew, Hunter Bowles. His mother preceded him in death. He was of the Methodist faith. He was employed as a truck driver for Riber Construction in Dwight. He was a graduate of Pontiac Township High School and graduated with honors from Denver Diesel and Automotive School. Adam's enjoyment came from spending time with his family and close friends, and he will always be greatly missed.
