Tony Obituary (1958 - 2022) - Pontiac, Illinois

Tony A. LaGreca, 64, of Cornell, passed away on Saturday October 15, 2022, at Richard L. Owens Hospice House in Peoria. Memorial service will be on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 3:00 P.M. at Colonial Funeral Home and Crematory, 591 Ridgeview Dr, McHenry, IL 60050. There will also be a Celebration of Life in Cornell at a later date. There will be a visitation from 12:00 P.M. until the time of the service at Colonial Funeral Home and Crematory. Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home, Pontiac, is in charge of local arrangements and Colonial Funeral Home and Crematory, 591 Ridgeview Dr, McHenry, IL 60050 He was born on April 11, 1958, in Woodstock to James and Barbara A. (Hagan) LaGreca. he married Kay M. McMillan on August 16, 1988, in Wonder Lake, she survives in Cornell. He is survived by his sons, Derek, A.J. of Cornell and Adam (Shawna) of Danvers; brother, David (Alice) LaGreca of Georgetown, TX; sister, Susan LaGreca of Wonder Lake; sister-in-law, Chris LaGreca of Fountain Hills, AZ; special friend and brother-in-law, Jack McMillan of Cornell; grandchildren, Laine, Mariah, Nick, Elliot, Lyla, Nora, Colson and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Scott LaGreca; nephew, Danny Ohlson. Tony graduated from McHenry High School class of 1976. He was employed with Sun Chemical in Northbrook as an ink salesman for over 30 years. Retired from Kustom Group in Kentucky 2020. He was a Lifetime member of Wonder Lake Sportsman Club; he was also an avid hunter and loved to fish. Family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
