April Jeanne Wolcott Obituary (1953 - 2008)

LEXINGTON -- The funeral for April Jeanne Wolcott, 54, of Lexington, and a Pontiac native, will be at 6 p.m. Monday at Duffy Funeral Home, Pontiac, the Rev. James O. Wolfe III officiating. Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Wolcott died at 10:18 a.m. Thursday, March 6, 2008, at BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal. She was born Aug. 8, 1953, at Pontiac, the daughter of Adolphus and Jeanne (Franklin) Thompson. She married Randy Wolcott Oct. 15, 2006, at Pontiac. He survives at Lexington. Also surviving are her father, Adolphus (Janet) Thompson; two brothers, David Thompson and Andrew (Jeannine) Thompson, both of Pontiac; and three sisters, Kim (Jay) Bammann and Jill (Mike) Adams, both of Pontiac, and Cheryl (Robert) Sherwood, Metamora. Mrs. Wolcott was preceded in death by her mother. The family suggests memorials may be made to the American Diabetes or American Cancer societies.
