Linda K. Jennings Obituary (1948 - 2014)

Linda K. Jennings, 65, of Saunemin, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 12:55 p.m. at Richard L. Owens Hospice House in Peoria, IL. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home in Pontiac, IL. Reverend Jane Bradford will officiate. Burial will be at McCausland Cemetery in McCausland, IA. Visitation will be Saturday, July 5, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Linda was born on October 2, 1948 in Springfield, MO, daughter of Claudie and Isabell Ann (Ferron) Osborn. She married Paul Arlin Jennings on October 10, 1964 in Pleasant Valley, IA. He passed away December 10, 2006. She is survived by two sons, Bret A. (Julie) Jennings of McCausland, IA and Bart A. (Lisa) Jennings of Pontiac, IL; one sister, Karen Giesie of Coal Valley, IL; and two grandchildren, Jessica Lynn Jennings and Shelby Kay Jennings. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul; one grandson, Justin Arlin Jennings. Linda was educated in Pleasant Valley, Iowa Grade and High School and was a homemaker.
