Vickie L. Lewis Obituary (1957 - 2019)

Vickie Lee Lewis, 62, of Pontiac, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019, at 1:37 p.m. at her home. Her service will be held Thursday, July 11, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Pontiac. Cremation rites will be accorded following the service. Visitation will be Thursday, July 11, 2019, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home in Pontiac. Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home, Pontiac, is in charge of arrangements. Vickie was born June 26, 1957 in Arkansas City, Kansas to John T. and Marcia (Ozburn) Keller. She married Cary E. Lewis, Sr. on August 1, 2014 in Pontiac. He survives in Pontiac. Also surviving are her children, Rebecca L. (Martin) McClaflin of Ponca City, OK, Jose A. (Valerie) Garcia of Ponca City, OK, and Rosendo Garcia of Key West, FL; step-children, Danny P (Ladonna) Lewis of Fairfield, IL, Cary E. (Jennifer) Lewis of Pontiac, IL, Ashley M. Lewis of Pontiac, IL, Jennifer E. (Ryan) Sewell of New Lenox, IL, Thomas L. Hack of Pontiac, IL, and Brian C. (Ashley) Lewis of Fairbury, IL; brother, Bruce (Brenda) Hayes of Oxford, KS; grandchildren, Jenifer (Ty Kupferschmid) Garcia of Pontiac, IL, Miguel Garcia of Ponca City, OK, Brysen Garcia of Ponca City, OK, Evan J. A. McClaflin of Ponca City, OK; and many step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Joann Tover. Vickie attended Kansas City High School in Kansas City, KS.
